Description

This is a protective cover that sits inside the microwave cavity over the waveguide opening where microwave energy enters the cooking chamber. It prevents food splatter and grease from getting into the waveguide and magnetron components. Replace this cover if it is burned, scorched, cracked, or if you notice arcing or sparking inside the microwave during operation.
