Description

This perimeter door seal fits into the dishwasher tub channel along the sides and top of the door. It contains wash water and steam to help prevent front leaks and ensure proper door compression.

• Seals the gap between the door and tub on the sides and top
• Helps stop water drips at the front corners and along the door edge
• Reduces escaping steam and moisture at the door area
• Common signs of wear: leaks from the door, visible tears/flattening, musty odor, or the door not sealing smoothly

• Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before servicing
• Open the door, pull the old gasket straight out; clean the channel of debris and residue
• Find the midpoint of the new seal at the top center and press it evenly into the channel down both sides without stretching
• Close the door to help seat the seal, then run a test cycle and check for leaks
