Bosch 00367645 Element, Oven Broil OEM Part

I found Appliance Parts Pros in an internet search and cruised the site. I found the replacement broil element but still had some questions, so I contacted the support personnel by telephone. The woman I spoke to, Suzanne from Tennessee, was knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. I ordered up the part, and replaced the old element (the worst part of the repair). A second pair of hands would have been nice. Working upside down in a dark hole was aggravating, but I flipped the breaker back on and fired up the element, no problem. Thanks for your assistance!
