Description

This is the evaporator fan motor and blade assembly that circulates cold air across the evaporator and throughout the fresh food and freezer compartments for even cooling and proper temperature control.

• Draws air across the evaporator coils and distributes chilled air to all sections
• Helps prevent warm spots, frost build-up, and temperature swings
• Common failure symptoms: unusual fan noise, intermittent or no airflow, rising temperatures, or frost accumulating on the evaporator cover
• Located in the evaporator compartment; runs during cooling cycles
