William B Lancaster , SC October 09, 2016 Appliance: Model HMB5020 Power lost in the microwave portion of combination microwave/conventional oven appliance The hardest part was sliding the appliance out of the wall and removing the microwave oven casing to access the internals. When the internals were accessible, a multi-meter was used to confirm that the fuse was actually blown (this was the first assumption when power was lost to the unit). Then checked each side of the fuse bracket to make sure that we were not going to ground on either side. Both sides checked out. Inserted the new fuse, restored power at the breaker box and tested the oven operation. It ran like a charm. Reassembled everything and slide the appliance back into the wall.
