George J Spring Hill , TN June 04, 2019 Appliance: Bosch Washer WFVC5400UC/19 Fabric softener not being flushed into washer and door closing hard off center I first cleaned the tray and water dispenser. It did not fix the problem. Then I ran a test program for the valves, ran test with tray out to watch water flow into the dispenser area. I noticed water would go to detergent and bleach but not fabric softener. Then I opened a chat with Appliancepartspro.com explained my problem what I tested what I thought was the issue, cold water valve, and she confirmed what I had diagnosed and found part in stock and ordered it. The door hinge had broken a pin at top of hinge, so the door hung lower than should. She ordered that part also. I received my parts sooner than expected and with about 10 minutes of work the washer was running as it should be. Read More... After removing a few screws it was obvious the hinge was broken. The hinge and plastic sleeves cost $25. Total repair time 20 minutes. Read More...
