Although they charge for shipping, that was offset by the lower prices. There was a glitch in ordering one of the two parts online, but when I called for assistance, the agent took my order by phone. She told me delivery would be in 3 to 6 business days, but I received one part the next day and one the day after that - Saturday and Sunday at that! Installation should have been a breeze, but my husband couldn’t figure out how to install the plastic clip. I found a repair video at the entry for the part online, and 5 minutes later the problem was solved. I will always go first to AppliancePartsPros.com in the future. Read More...
