Jim H Gainesville , FL December 22, 2015 Appliance: Model B20CS505NS/02 Evaporator fan bad no ice cube formation or air circulation higher than normal temps I used the Chat feature of the website and Danielle sent me the service manual via email and asked for a few details about my problem like freezer temp. etc. I was able to dismantle the Bosch refrigerator with the help of the manual and determine the fan was no running but was receiving the 12v. I went back to the website and used Chat again....this time Samantha gave me the part number of the evaporator fan and offered to help me check out. Both were so helpful, the part went out that day even though it was 4pm EST and I received it the next day!! I didn't use expedited shipping and the shipping estimate was 2-3 days which was fine. I couldn't be more pleased with Appliancepartspros for their service and same day shipping at very reasonable costs. They will definitely be my source for do it yourself home appliance repair.
