The left front gas burner of our cooktop would't ignite inspite of normal ignition/sparking at all four burners I ordered a replacement gas solenoid valve, which arrived the very next day with only standard shipping! The shipped part was exactly what was needed, and I also ordered 4 replacement O-rings to replace the original dried out ring for each burner base. Jay C Waltham , MA April 15, 2023 Appliance: Model THERMADOR RDSS30RS/01 Had to have my control board out for repairs. In order for me to remove the control board all the burner venturi had to be removed, was able to get all but one. The right front was completely sized with the jet holder, I try soaking it in WD40 but was not moving, but it did move did not realize that I had seared the gas tubing in the process. Had to cut off the venturi, which destroyed the venturi and the burner base. I found AppliancePartsPros.com after googling for Thermador repair parts, was able to identify my parts very quickly, and placed my order, all were showing in stock. But a day later received notification that one of my parts was on BO. That was the only drawback on my order, other than that received my parts quickly. William R Lake Barrington , IL September 29, 2019 Appliance: Model SGSC304RS The igniter continued to "click click even though the burner was on Turn off the gas to the range top, disconnect the gas supply and unplug the power source. Removed the range top from the counter, then removed the burners by unscrewing the brass center/ Lifted the top-up carefully by tilting so I had access to the igniter. Removed the clip holding the igniter. Replaced the igniter and re-assembled the cooktop. Re-installed the cooktop and connected gas and power. Checked for gas leak then tested all burners. Worked perfectly. Total time about 1 hour. Parts arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. You guy are awesome!! Read More...
