Donald G Fishersville , VA June 23, 2020 I purchased a "brand new" out of the box dishwasher that was missing some parts The missing parts were a drawer slide arm and one of the brackets to attach the dishwasher securely to the underside of the counter. I was able to just slide the drawer part into place without tools and needed only a screwdriver to secure the brackets. I was anxious as to whether the parts would be right, since I could not handle them in person, but the parts on the website were exactly the parts I needed for my make and model of dishwasher.
