Peter T Dover , MA December 18, 2015 Appliance: Model BOSCH B20CS51SNS The freezer was warm as was the fridge compartment The icemaker stopped making ice, and I found the freezer barely at 32 F and the fridge in the high 50s. AppliancePartsPros sent me a copy of the service manual and with the info I was able to get into the diagnostic mode, where I found the fridge temp sensor was only reading 30 F. I ordered a replacement sensor from AppliancePartsPros, which came the next morning with "regular" shipping! I popped in the replacement sensor, which is now reading the correct temp and the fridge is back to working just fine. Read More...
