Description

This temperature sensor (NTC) monitors wash temperature and reports it to the control so the cycle heats and advances correctly. Replacing a faulty sensor can restore proper cleaning performance and normal cycle times. What it does:

• Measures water temperature and sends resistance changes (NTC) to the control
• Helps the control regulate heating and cycle progression
• Failure symptoms can include no/insufficient heat, extended cycles, or poor drying
• May trigger a temperature-sensor fault (e.g., E11 on some models)
