Description

This NTC temperature sensor is a refrigerator/freezer temperature probe that monitors internal air temperature and sends a signal to the control board so the appliance can maintain proper cooling. What it does:
  • Measures internal temperature and reports it to the control module
  • Helps the refrigerator regulate compressor and fan cycles for stable cooling
  • Commonly used when the appliance shows temperature-related error codes or uneven cooling
  • A faulty sensor can cause the fridge to run too cold, too warm, or cycle abnormally
