Description

This compression sleeve seals 3/8-inch refrigeration or water tubing where a compression fitting is used, restoring a tight, drip-free connection. It's a simple replacement to stop leaks and ensure a secure joint. What it does:

• Acts as the ferrule inside a compression fitting to compress against tubing and create a seal
• Restores a worn or flattened sleeve that causes leaks at nuts or fittings
• Used with a matching compression nut and fitting to secure 3/8" tubing
• Commonly replaced when connections leak, weep, or fail to hold pressure

Install notes:

• Turn off and depressurize the system (water or refrigeration) before removing fittings
• Cut tubing square and deburr before installing the sleeve for best seal
• Slide the nut then the sleeve onto the tube, seat against the fitting, and tighten to manufacturer torque
• Inspect the joint for leaks after pressurizing and retighten if needed; replace sleeve if damaged during installation
