Kathleen G San Anselmo , CA September 14, 2015 Appliance: Model BOSCH Wire terminal block needed to be replaced I had a repair man come because I could not locate the problem as there are 5 circuit boards on this oven. He located the burned terminal block at the back of the oven. He ordered a replacement part and scheduled a date to install it. A few days later the repairman called and said the part I needed is no longer manufactured and told me I had to buy a new oven. I immediately got on-line and ended up here. Not only did they have the exact part I needed but they saved me over 100 dollars. It was easy to install myself once I knew where and what the problem was. I have ordered from here before and I have always had 110% satisfaction. They also included a nice 'gift' which was totally unexpected and one which we will actually use.
