Carolyn H Highland Village , TX December 31, 2018 Appliance: Bosch Electric Oven HBLP651LUC/01 A couple of the trim pieces were damaged I got a great deal on a new double oven because 2 of the trim pieces were damaged and there was a small ding on the bottom oven door. I ordered the parts on SearsDirect on 11/27 and they are still back ordered. I looked on AppliancePartsPros.com and the trim pieces were not only cheaper, but said to be in stock! I decided to test that and ordered just the side trim piece that I needed to install. It came the next day! My new oven is now installed and I absolutely love it. The other trim piece is at the very bottom and is just for aesthetics. I'm currently trying to cancel my order with Sears Parts Direct so I can order the other replacement pieces from AppliancePartsPros. The only complaint I have is that when you click on the schematics for the lower oven door, it takes you to the wrong page, so I can't see the part number for the lower outer door.
