Tad H Tampa , FL April 11, 2014 Appliance: Model THERMADOR: MODEL: KBULT3665E01 Ice maker was acting up it turns out the original solenoid valve must have been coming apart internally ejecting debris that complely plugged supply line to icemaker Ordered a new solenoid valve from you folks and bought a length of supply line to go from new valve to the icemaker. Spliced the new line to the old line just below the fill pipe that goes through the back wall of the refrigerator into the icemaker. Verified had good flow from the valve in the kitchen wall to the refrigerator. The repair wasn't difficult, figuring out what the problem was the challenge. Thermador, for as much as all my appliances cost, were of no help. They said they had no technical support staff I could talk to. Very disappointed in them. My five star satisfaction come from my own persistence to figure out what the problem was. Ordering the part and prompt delivery from you folks was appreciated. Read More...
