Description
The flywheel puller engages the flywheel when the starter rope is pulled. The rope will retract, causing the starter pulley to engage, which then triggers the flywheel puller, allowing the flywheel to move and the engine to fire. If the engine is seized up or the flywheel will no longer spin, the puller may need to be replaced.
