I took a picture of the part and shopped on line to find the part and the best price . It didn't take long and when I called mom the next evening to inform her about what I did , she had already received it . Barely 24 hours ????. Ai got her 2 so shed have a back up. Made her happy. I'm not sure she had to use any tools , I doubt it . Provably snap on part or maybe a screw driver at most. Can't say enough about how good and fast service . Great price too! High recommendation !
