Dennis M Vallecito , CA March 17, 2014 Appliance: Model BROAN HEAT/FAN/LIGHT FOR BATHROOM Bath fan not running Broan has several plugs inside the fan assembly so we turned on the fan switch and plugged in the light to confirm the circuit was good. Removed the fan and found the bearings tight, disassembled the motor to lubricate bearings and checked the continuity, fan winding was open probably due to overheating because of the bearing problem. My wife got on her Iphone and found you had the part, so she ordered it. The motor arrived the next day and we installed it. Fan now working great. This was not at our house, we were helping a local widow lady that didn't know who to call and being retired from the appliance service business, we were able to help fix her world. Read More...
