This grass catcher frame holds the grass-catching bag, which captures grass clippings for compost or simply to remove yard waste. Bagging rather than mulching allows grass to get higher and thicker without putting added stress on the mower. The internal grass catchers frame can become bent and not suitable for further use, making it impossible to bag clippings until it is replaced.
