This is an igniter and bracket assembly, and it is intended for use in dryers. This is a genuine replacement part made by Speed Queen. The igniter is connected to the dryer on the back of the appliance, and it is used to heat the drying tub. A new igniter and bracket assembly might be needed if the dryer is unable to reach the correct temperature.
