Checked several web sites for this freezer and came to conclusion to either buy a new freezer or replace a few parts that I could do easily for cheaper than repairman would charge just to look at the freezer. A few people had stated that either the thermostat, capacitor or ptc had been the problem with their freezer so I ordered all three for $80 total with shipping. It took me 15 minutes to replace these and now freezer is working like new. Appliance Parts Pro shipped quickly, received parts in 3 days. Will use them again and recommend to everyone.

I removed the relay from the back of the freezer along with the O/L Protector and found them both to be defective. The relay rattled when I shook it indicating that the internals were defective. The protector showed it had overheated and there was a burn spot on it. I replaced both parts and the freezer now works just fine. I received both parts from ApplicanePartsPros, very quickly and had the freezer up and running in less than a week. Thanks APP.

I purchased 3 different parts for the freezer just in case I ordered the wrong part. The 3 parts ended up costing me around 60.00 It was a capacitor, switch relay and another small part. I believe it was the switch relay that was the problem. It took me about 45 minutes to put it all back together. Once together, I plugged it back in and PRESTO, all is working good. Been two weeks and still running great.

Opened DUFM320 PTC and seen the disc burned. Decided to replace this part as well as the O/I Protector since it was cheap. Freezer running great again!

A friend changed the thermotast and PTC, the parts and it's working again. Thank you for your help.
