Jann S League City , TX December 17, 2016 Microwave guide cover burnt out When I ordered it from Sears (where i bought Microwave), they mucked up the order terribly. Didn't bother to tell me the part was unavailable (web site said it was in stock). So ordered it from AppliancePartsPros. They sent me the part immediately (less than 2 days). Unfortunately it came damaged - thanks to a Fedex delivery person who decided to fold the padded envelope and stick it in the door handle so it wouldn't blow away! I immediately called and they send me another one the next day. In the meantime, my "cancelled order" from Sears showed up after ApplicanceParts Pros delivered the 2nd cover! What a joke. I'm still trying to get the proper refund from a totally incompetent Sears parts site. Great job AppliancepartsPros. Fast and coureous service!
