How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP3855124 / 00475225 Dishwasher Control Panel

Found part online at Appliance PartsPro. Replaced broken piece in a matter of minutes. 

Ordered new panel....took off old cracked panel replaced with new. It would have been helpful if appliance pros website had prompted for or alerted buyer that new facia panel did not include buttons as Isnapped the panel in place only to notice then that they buttons needed to be removed from old facia and put onto new panel. As the panel is not designed to be removed, I was fortunate not to break any of the plastic tabs. the buttons are also plastic so plenty of opportunity to break a small piece there as well. it all turned out ok, however, it took twice as long as it should have 

Replaced the part 

Ordered a replacement control panel and installed it according to the AppliancePartsPros.com YouTube video. 

Watched the video tutorial and went to work. Took 20 minutes because I dropped the Torx screws. 

Replaced with a new part. 

The fix is pretty simple, unsnap old panel, take out 6 screws on the front panel and replace. 

Checked you -tube video to replace. Appliance parts pros had video on how to replace and phone number to order. Called. Part received next day! Part fit perfect. Best customer service ever! 

I removed the front panel of the door and the control panel. Replaced the door panel and new control panel. of door. Surprisingly easy. 

Replaced it with a new one.
