How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP5803018 / 00628805 Holder

I researched the model number & discovered appliance pros on the Brilliant Distinctions (Botox) website. The website is user friendly & I entered the model #, and was directed to a diagram that showed the exact part & reference number. I ordered the parts, and received them via Fed Ex. Very easy! I'll be back when I need additional replacement parts.

Shelia answered the phone and was so helpful and knew how to get the part number I needed and even shared the model number part guide with me so that we can pick out the correct clip.
