Although they charge for shipping, that was offset by the lower prices. There was a glitch in ordering one of the two parts online, but when I called for assistance, the agent took my order by phone. She told me delivery would be in 3 to 6 business days, but I received one part the next day and one the day after that - Saturday and Sunday at that! Installation should have been a breeze, but my husband couldn’t figure out how to install the plastic clip. I found a repair video at the entry for the part online, and 5 minutes later the problem was solved. I will always go first to AppliancePartsPros.com in the future. Read More... Didn't look very difficult to replace and ultimately wasn't but so glad to have the repair videos. Had to remove and replace the row holders, just little clips. 5 minutes did the trick. Thanks.
