Open box Bosch dishwasher came without mounting brackerts

Watched the video and followed the instructions. Very easy to do. I have had the same experience with replacing refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water pump and the shutoff valve, and dryer heating elements. Your videos are fantastic and part delivery is very quick. What a great company.

Dishwasher was tipping forward when opened

We replaced the brackets holding the dishwasher to the counter top. The repair went smoothly and took about fifteen minutes.

I bought it second hand in new unused condition. But it did not have mounting brackets.

Purchased the dishwasher mounting brackets and installed them on dishwasher. Screwed them to the counter top to secure the dishwasher according to guidelines from Bosch for Bosch dishwashers.
