Fortunately, I had the appropriate star point bits. After removing the screws which held the face plate to the door and pulling the face plate off, I then took pictures of the set-up. I removed the door handle, then three electrical connections followed by the removal of an electrical connection holder, which took me a bit of time to figure out its removal, and finally several buttons. Putting the new face plate back together and reinstalling it was relatively easy. Figuring out how to remove the tall electrical connection holder on the left side took the most time. The machine worked fine after the replacement. Bosch needs to figure out how to keep the printing from disappearing. I used part #AP5326538
