How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP5326559 / 00686870 Facia Panel

Ordered, received, and replaced the Facia Panel. 

I used a star bit screwdriver to remove 10 screws around rim of door. I made a big mistake and also removed two bolts connected to the spring loaded closer mechanism. This caused a struggle to reconnect it and put back the seal strip, but after more than an hour I got that done. Replacing the Fascia Panel was very easy. The dishwasher now works great. However , I ordered also ordered the holder which was unnecessary because an identical holder came as part of the fascia panel. I am going to if I can return it in its unopened package for credit. It would have been helpful if instructions were included. 

I replaced Facia Panel pull handle or holder comes with it. 

YouTube instructions. Was easy to fix. My items were delivered on time and safely. Well packaged. My dishwasher looks new???? 

Received the part a day early and the repair was self-explanatory. The part did not come with button covers, but otherwise I was able to do this while my preschooler had a 30 min virtual class. Used a 6 point star screwdriver to remove the screws from my appliance and replaced the part. 

The repair was very easy. Just watch what you are doing and go one step at a time. 

Quickly found the parts. Ordered, received as promised, easily installed. 

Ordered new handle and replaced it..
