I immediately got a hit that described exactly what our machine was doing. The result included a link to the part I needed as well as a video to show how to do the repair. I ordered the part and received it the NEXT DAY! The part fixed the problem and I had the dishwasher working that night. I was able to bring an otherwise fine dishwasher back to life and avoid an $800 replacement with a $35 part.
