I watched the video, replaced my lid that was missing a plastic piece that holds it in the track, and it worked perfectly! Easy as can be. I also purchased a new silver ware basket. That was very hard to replace. I had to turn off the power, turn off the water feed, lift out the old basket with holes in the bottom, and replace with new basket. Then I turned the power and water back on. I am being funny because that's what the video says to do... :)
