How to Troubleshoot & Replace Bosch AP5999896 / 11011646 Middle Spray Arm

I looked up the part on appliancepartspro.com. There was an installation video available on the site, so I watched it to take the guess work out of the job. It looked like a simple installation and the part was very reasonable from Appliance parts pros, so I ordered it and the bottom sprayer since they probably wear out at the same rate of time. I ordered them on a Sunday and they arrived on Wednesday. Using the knowledge that I gained from the video, I quickly and confidently replaced both sprayers. 

I examined the situation and realized that the two plastic pieces at the back of the upper spray arm had simply oxidized overtime and weren’t sliding past each other as well as they did when they were new. I looked up the replacement part on appliancepartspros.com and easily found it. I decided to replace the main tub gasket as well. It’s quieter than it used to be and it works like new. Thanks, appliance parts pros! This is the second time you guys have saved my bacon!

Replaced the spray arm. 

I found the parts on appliancepartspros.com then called to place the order. The representative that I talked with wanted to double check to make sure I had the correct parts. I was not ordering the correct wand. He looked it up and gave me correct part. I really appreciated the extra time and effort the agent put in making sure that I had the right part.

Appliance Parts Pros helped me find the right part, after purchasing one from a different on line site that was completely wrong, I received it in two days. Took out the upper shelf snapped the arm on and all fixed. Thanks for helping me find the right part!
