I researched the internet on the symptom, and AppliancePartsPros.com advised the most common problem was the Circulation Pump...seals and broken impeller.
It was only by watching AppliancePartsPros.com's repair video, that I was able to accomplish the actual fix. It took about an hour to get to the old circulation pump, and once I had it apart, it was quite obvious the impeller and the bushing seals were toasted.
I replaced all the circulation pump parts, replaced the water inlet valve for good measure, and the lower spray arm for as my original was cracked, and the unit is now performing just like it did when we purchased it 10 years ago.
