Felicia R Fayetteville , AR November 21, 2014 Appliance: Model KENMORE 790 SERIES OVEN Just like others on the site loud pop when preheating oven all breakers in house blown control panel didn't work anymore so no oven did have seperate knobs for stove so we had stove top use still I looked it up on your site and saw problems exactly same as mine. I watched video, looked easy enough, ordered part, got it 2 days later, it WAS as easy as the video made it look! I was only disappointed that the video said nothing about having to order or reuse the control panel sticker. But it easily peeled off like the screen on a cell phone and went right on the new control panel perfectly! Awesome job team AppliancePartsPro and Us! Harry F Ocala , FL February 16, 2017 The circuit board on my kenmore stove shorted out the display and the oven would not work but the stove top did First unplug the stove. Then take the back upper panel off. You will need to remove the circuit board but first take a few pictures of where your wires go. Take wires off, then remove the 4 screws holding the circuit board. Using a small flat screwdriver lift out the circuit board out of the black case and you will see between the two boards the black area (short). When you get the new circuit board you can gently remove it from the black case and put it in the old black case saving yourself from having to buy a new overlay. Reassemble check your wires to make sure they are correct and put rear panel back on. Now plug it back in. Your display should be lit. You might have to recalibrate your oven. Louis L Walpole , MA February 26, 2016 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FEF366ASK My frigedaire fef366ask electric range displayed an f1 error message After troubleshooting the range with online help I knew I needed a new Oven Control Board. I first purchased the unit on February 16, 2016 from Sears Parts Direct Along with a Range Control Overlay Decal. After tracking my order for 4 days I was informed online that the overlay decal had shipped but the Oven Control board was backordered. This is when I went back online and found the AppliancePartsPros.com website. After searching the part I needed, which the site said SHIPPED THE SAME DAY, I placed an order for the Oven Control Board and cancelled the one from Sears. I received the AppliancePartsPros.com order 2 days later! That's not the end of the story though. It is now February 24 and I still have not received the Control Overlay that Sears said was shipped 6 days earlier (initial order on (02/16/2016). I went back to AppliancePartsPros.com online and ordered one there. I got it the next day for 8 dollars and change shipping cost. NOW I WILL ONLY BUY MY DO IT YOURSELF APPLIANCE PARTS AT APPLIANCE PARTS PROS .COM. Karen O Kingsport , TN January 02, 2016 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FEF366CCE Oven didn't work clocked worked but oven didn't heat up! Oven had quit working 3 days before Christmas!!. I was getting a error of F1. The staff was very supportive and told me it could be either part. Given the fact that I could return any parts for 365 days after purchase, I felt like we could give it a try. We put in the sensor probe first and it still didn't work, so then we installed the oven control board. That fixed it!! Note: You will need to take off the old face place and stick it to the new control board and calibrate your stove using the instructions that they can send to you. They saved me from buying a new stove and from having to call a service man to do the repairs!! An easy fix!! Thanks so much Appliance Parts Pros!!
