How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP2131606 / 3204425 Idler Pulley Spring

I replaced the belt and the tensioner along with the spring for it. The tensioner c clip was hard to get to. There wasn't much room for my hands. 

I replaced the spring & figured I'd just go ahead & do the pulley & replace the belt while I had it apart & the machine is spinning just as it should now.
