We didn’t think we could locate the right color for the fridge, but with her help and expertise working with model numbers and related nuances, she homed right in on what we needed. We received the materials in 2 separate shipments (a few days apart) and all went according to plan. We couldn’t be happier. 

Ordered new crisper frame. 

Bought new handles. I have Florida vacation condos that I rent and I was only down here for a couple of days. I bought the handles and paid the extra $2 for expedited shipping. 5 to 7 days. I received it so fast I think it was one day!! Amazing. I will only buy appliance replacement parts from APP. The exploded view they offer was fantastic for choosing the exact replacement part! They said they ship fast and they aren't kidding. Very happy. 

I went online to find a parts list for the model of refrigerator I had. From there I found the exact part number for my two handles. I ordered the part at noon on Wednesday and my goodness, the handles were received and installed by Thursday afternoon. WOW I am totally impressed. What great service. 

I used the replacement seal sent to me by ApplianceParts Pros and it works great no more leaking. I was able to watch the video while installing it so I could get it right. My son in law did have help me with the bottom of the door because of the awkwardness of being on the floor. 

Just placed it on- done The item came quickly and was impressed with the timely manner in which we received it.
