How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3190019 / WB44K10009 Element Bake

Ordered replacement part, it shipped really fast. Part was exactly the right thing. Unscrewed 2 screws and pulled some slack out the wires. Disconnected the wire clips. Repeated steps to put in new part. Worked like a charm! 

Ordered the part from Appliance Pros and had a repairman install it.

Replace it easy 2screws 

After receiving the wrong element from another website, I found AppliancePartsPros.com, ordered the part, and received it in under 24 hours. The old element was unscrewed from the oven back wall and pulled out slowly to expose the wires and connections. The pliers were used to pull apart the connection and the new element was plugged in. The element was screwed into the rear wall of the oven, and DONE! 

Replacement part 

We found Appliance Pros on line and the element bake for our GE profile was in stock. Order place and in two days we received element and my husband installed. We are back in business. We are handy people so we knew how to deal with this instead of buying a new stove. Your service was perfect. Now I can cook my Christmas roast with no worries. 

It couldn't have been easier. Unscrewed two nuts, disconnected the heating element, put the new one on, and screwed the nuts back on. Took about 15 minutes, and that includes 5 minutes to search for my 7-in-1 screwdriver that my wife forgot to put back in my toolbox!
