I purchased the broken parts from this website and watch the video provided under the product. This took less than 5 mins to install and repair. The delivery came in two business days and the price was excellent! 

I bought new shelves and I repaired this by myself.

I snapped the new end caps on and replaced the shelf guard. 

Installed the new pieces, easy fix.

Called customer service. ordered refrigerator shelf railing and it was packaged loose in plastic bag unprotected. was delivered bent. replacement was then shipped out next morning and arrived safely to residence in a protected cardboard box. we installed product and all is well now !
