How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP6983534 / WE01X30378 Door Handle

It was an easy fix just to replace the handle. 

Ordered replacement handle and installed 

Ordered new handle from Appliance parts pros. Part arrived in two days. Fantastic service 

Popped new one on 

I purchase a new oven door window of the manufacturer for the model number of my oven 

The handle and lint screen were simple to replace. The controll panel was on back order. First 2 items took 6 weeks to arrive and second control panel shipped separately took six weeks also. I live in Hawaii so give ample time for delivery. Overall happy with the parts. 

Replaced the handle 

Ordered part and fit right in. also instructed tenant how to properly open and close the unit 

It locks into place. This is an easy fix, it just snaps into place with a little hand pressure. 

Replaced door handle with a new replacement part.
