They had an extensive inventory of remote units. The rep I spoke to sent me pictures of different A/C models from that year, since I couldn't take it out of the wall to find the model and serial numbers. I selected the one that matched mine. They were easy to work with and the unit works perfectly. No more using a broom handle to turn my unit on and off!
