How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3993991 / WB06X10705 Microwave Turntable Rotating Ring Assembly

Simply ordered a new one. 

Bought a replacement. 

Ordered the correct Rotating Ring Assembly. ALL BETTER NOW. 

Caused by rollers loosening on the turntable support. Replaced the Rotating Ring Assembly. A very expensive piece of plastic, but it works. Second time replacing 

Put in new rotating ring 

Easy as pie, ordered the part (after I measured and research part number and size) once it arrived I put it in microwave. fixed!! 

I replaced it. 

We bought the microwave floor model at our local big box store and it was missing the coupler (had to google that), we didn't think too much about it until a friend made us breakfast and his microwave bacon was the best! He mentioned your website and told me how easy it would be to fix our problem. We got home from vacation and I ordered the parts. (Nice that you have a place to confirm the model # is correct).
