How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP5803583 / WB30X20481 Surface Heating Element

After sesrching, and searching locally for replacement elements I thought I could find, I just put my model number in the search tab. Your website popped up and it has a live chat button. The CSR was excellent. Instantly found my parts and in three days, I was back to my cooking! 

I pulled the old broken burns out and replaced them with the new ones from Appliance Part Pro 

The fix involved replacing the burnt out parts listed above. Although I can buy these parts through the GE website, I find a better deal and service with AppliancePartPros. In addition I replaced the feeder fires for the other 8" element as well as the element terminal block. The 8" elements get a lot of use, and the cheap plastic terminal blocks don't last.
