How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP4591429 / 0CZZA20007A Capacitor

I could not find the part locally so I perused the internet until I found Appliance Parts Pro. Found the part I needed for a price slightly less than what I would have had to pay for it locally (if I could have found it locally) including S & H. Part worked well as room a/c cooling well.
