Oven control inoperative

Replace the encoder board and the supporter stem. the supporter was broken and jammed the encoder switch which I believe was inoperative as well. the supporter fits over the stem on the encoder board. the knob then fits onto the supporter. the supporter is plastic and was broken and jammed the control.
