The instructions in the service manual are missing a step. Before you remove the old unit, you need to remove all the tubing from the back. The step that was missing was removing the top cover on the TOP of the refrigerator. This is where you need to disconnect the blue water line.
Other than that, all instructions were pretty much spot on.
