How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5586991 / DA97-08069B Refrigerator Vegetable Drawer Assembly

Actually, my 11 year old daughter just removed the old shelves and installed the new ones after wiping the fridge down. Prices were cheaper than I could find on Amazon for the same parts. Everything is now honky dory. Moral of the story - don't store a lots of bottled water in your crispers - they won't take the weight :)
