How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4578464 / DA97-08347A Refrigerator Lower Door Shelf Assembly

I ordered the part, and at first received the part that was not the correct item. The second request was more successful. However, the part did not exactly meet the dimensions as stated in the parts manual. Instead of having the depth of the original door shelf, the replacement shelf is more than one inch and a half shallower. I decided that I would keep it, since most of the items we place on this shelf are not that big anyway. 

New shelves arrived within 2 days. Installed in 5 minutes. Working great!

Purchased four shelves from appliance parts pros and installed them. 

Last week 2 of my refrigerator door shelves finally gave up the fight and completely broke to the point of no repair. I went on line to see if I could find replacements. Lowe's didn't carry them to my dismay. I saw Appliance Parts Pro site so I tried them and the exact shelves were there. It was so easy, I entered the model number of the refrigerator and they popped up. I ordered the shelves late on Thursday and they were in my refrigerator on Saturday!! I am more than pleased with the fast service and availability of the parts I needed. 

Re-moved evap. cover, thawed with heat gun and replaced temp sensor. Also replaced broken bins, cover. Thank-you, A.P.PROS for shipping Quality parts fast. P.J.
