How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4578465 / DA97-08348A Refrigerator Door Shelf Guard Assembly

Ordered the part from appliance parts pros online and saved over $100 that the installer was going to charge for the part 

New shelves arrived within 2 days. Installed in 5 minutes. Working great! 

Install shelf 

Purchased four shelves from appliance parts pros and installed them. 

Last week 2 of my refrigerator door shelves finally gave up the fight and completely broke to the point of no repair. I went on line to see if I could find replacements. Lowe's didn't carry them to my dismay. I saw Appliance Parts Pro site so I tried them and the exact shelves were there. It was so easy, I entered the model number of the refrigerator and they popped up. I ordered the shelves late on Thursday and they were in my refrigerator on Saturday!! I am more than pleased with the fast service and availability of the parts I needed. 

Re-moved evap. cover, thawed with heat gun and replaced temp sensor. Also replaced broken bins, cover. Thank-you, A.P.PROS for shipping Quality parts fast. P.J. 

I installed the bin and it was a simple fix. 

Looked on appliancepartspros.com, found the correct part number. Cross referenced the part on the schematic to confirm it was what I needed. Then I ordered the part and it was shipped the same day. It was as easy as pie! And guess who had the best price? appliancepartspros.com!!! 

Remove the old bins and slip in the new bins 

Part shipped quickly and arrived 3 days after ordering it! i was impressed with delivery speed and will order from this company again should the need arise.
