How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4090451 / 715877 Range Drip Pan 6 Inch

Fit perfectly. phone representative made sure I ordered the correct set. 

Bought a 27 year old home, owner had replaced Jenn Air drip pans with generic pans, resulting in burners that would not seat and lie flat, even with heavy pots on them. (grrr!) Anyway, burners were perfect with new drip pans. So it was obvious I needed the original equipment or equal drip pans. Ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and they came the next day! Cook is now happy! 

Replace ceramic terminals, surface elements and drip pans to make unit like new again. 

Replaced terminal block and other cosmetic parts. 

Parts arrived within 24 hours. Discovered that spades were burned and making unreliable contact. No controller. Ordered correct parts second time around. Replaced grease filter and drip pans economically. 

Purchased available replacement parts. 

Install the new drip pans that you sent me. 

Removed the old ugly ones and put in the new shiny ones! 

Ordered new coils and drip pans. 

After an appliance repairman said he couldn't fix it because the cartridge was no longer available, I called AppliancePartsPros.com. Not being much of a handyman I ordered the whole 2 coil unit for a simple fix. However, after waiting on backorder for several months, it turned out to be discontinued. Another call to AppliancePartsPros.com, and Wendee D. said I could likely fix it by replacing both burner receptacles. I ordered the receptacles (which showed up the next day !), watched the instructional video, and today -SUCCESS, I have a working stove!! If I would have just stuck with what the appliance repairman said, I would've been throwing away a perfectly good stovetop, and shelling out $$ for a whole new replacement unit. The receptacles plus 2 new drip pans cost about $150, and the repair took me about an hour. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com, and Wendee ! :
